"We have used Tricostar’s Timebase system for some time and we are very happy with the service and support offered by the company. We wanted to introduce a new system with wider functionality, and after looking at several other systems, we opted for Timebase Case Management because we felt it met our requirements. We were attracted by the ease of use and flexibility of the service, and we trust Tricostar to deliver this service to a high standard."
Alison Mitchell, Principal Solicitor and Assistant Head of Legal, at Epping Forest District Council.
"We looked at a variety of systems, and after a lot of consideration, Timebase Case Management was selected. We needed a service which is highly flexible, yet easy to use and Timebase Case Management met all those requirements. Additionally, as we have worked with Tricostar for many years, we were confident of the level of support and service they provide."
Paula Swan, Support Services Officer at Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council.

Use c.Support's Customer Profiles to store contact, login, and company information for customers, and associate a custom service level agreement if applicable. Enter comments for display when a customer is selected. Use custom fields for capturing specific types of information.

Set up relational company definitions for standardizing company names and capturing custom information.

Using c.Support for IBM Lotus Notes/Domino, access customer information in a Domino/Notes Name & Address Book, other Notes database, or a non-Notes ODBC-compliant database (SQL Server, Oracle, or Microsoft Access).
