There is an automatic document bundling and index creation facility of all selected documents in Adobe format viewable as read only through your intranet or via the web.

The system comes with a fully user definable workflow facility. So for example you can manage the statutory days for all relevant phases of the committee minutes process to include document and agenda production, email reminders, notifications and approvals.
