Timebase Case Managment is the new choice at Stockton On Tees Borough CouncilStockton on Tees Borough Council has chosen Timebase Case Management (TCM) for its Legal Services Team.The Audit Commission named Stockton as a top rated Council in its 2007 comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) and it is one of the only two English Councils to achieve the highest rating for its “Use of Resources”The Legal Team provides a comprehensive in-house legal support to the Council and therefore required a flexible tool capable of handling and recording a wide variety of cases.
