Timebase allows Real-Time Time Recording
Users can begin to record time immediately at the touch of a button, and then once they have finished their task fill in the matter and activity detail, with fully functional Pause & Interrupt facilities.

Timebase allows Retrospective Time Recording
For those users who prefer to record all their time at once, they can easily do so by filling in a timesheet entry against each of the matters they have worked on, be it chargeable, non-chargeable or an expense activity.

Timebase allows for full Client and Internal Reporting
Timebase comes with a full set of reports that allow you to reports on any aspect of the system, be it internal or external activities. You can create your own using the built in simple user interface. Should you be a user of Crystal Reports, this will also integrate directly with the system. All reports can be exported to RTF, Word. PDF or Excel

Billing & Invoicing
Once you have completed your work, the system allows you to raise the invoice and bill your clients for the work that has been completed; automatically saving an electronic copy of the bill back into the system.

Integration with Financial Systems
Full integration with all Sage accounting products and a published API enables integration with other third party products

Departmental Time Recording and Security
The highly granular security model allows separate departments to have their own time recording systems with “firewalls” between departmental data. Ideal for large organisations.

Multi Client Time Recording
Within the same system you can not only record an activity against a file for a client but also record time against a type of work and then link it to a client file – ideal when you are doing a lot of similar activities for many different clients.

Case /Project / File Management
Timebase comes with 5 full Sage CRM / Case Management licenses for those organisations who want to feel their way with in understanding how project / file / case management, email & calendaring, document management, client contact and relationship management as well as marketing management scenarios might be introduced into their departments or organisations. These functions will coexist happily with all of the time recording users in the system.
